Nicole Holm, DNP

Nicole Holm, a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, helps patients with spine conditions and chronic back pain find effective non-operative and operative solutions to relieve pain. She finds immense fulfillment in spine care because she sees firsthand how effective treatment allows patients to return to the activities they love. Taking a holistic approach, Nicole strives to get to know each patient personally, empowering them to choose the treatment path that best fits their goals. When surgery is indicated, she is actively involved across the entire continuum of care-from pre-operative planning and intra-operative assisting to full recovery.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active running and hiking, and unwinding with creative projects like crocheting and knitting.
